This spot is just south of Attack #2. Attack #7 happens a few blocks to the northeast of here, and on the morning of that attack, a suspicious vehicle (Lincoln Continental) was seen parked in this spot. The driver was in his 20's and he was seen by the paperboy. When he was approached he drove off.
