This cement-lined canal runs against the victim's house.

The canal runs on both sides of the street. It was possibly used as a way to navigate the neighborhoods without being seen, and possibly used to select victims or engage in voyeurism.

To round out our survey of the area, this was Big Top Pizza. It's possible that some victims in the EAR series of crimes were originally noticed or selected by the offender while eating here.
