This is Jacob Lane, where a suspicious vehicle was sighted. It was eventually determined by LE that this vehicle didn't have anything to do with the EARONS case.

Very soon after this attack, a Town Hall meeting would be held and the community would find out that there was a serial rapist among them. The media would pick up the story, and the era of the "East Area Rapist" would begin.
